802 E Kingsley, or "The Baldwin" as some tenants like to call it as a reference to its storied past, has an amazing location, right in the middle of Kerrytown, almost adjacent to the medical complex. ... With also a short walking distance away from central campus and downtown, this location can't be beat!
The property has been divided into two units. Unit 2 is a small studio apartment that offers a great option for enjoying everything Kerrytown has to offer. The apartment has a living room/bedroom area that opens up to the kitchen, and the full bathroom is around the corner. Unit 2 has it's own entrance from the back of the house, and has central a/c and one parking spot.
Tenants are responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, water/sewer, trash/recycling). Gas/electric is billed to the tenant ledger at a flat-rate $40/month. Water/sewer/trash/recycling is billed to the tenant ledger at a flat-rate $60/quarter. Lawn care and snow/ice removal are included. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets).
No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
