It features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), a gracious living space... with adjoining dining room, generous closets in each bedroom, hardwood floors, and garage parking.
There is laundry in unit and central A/C. Gas and water/sewer/trash/recycling are included in rent. Tenants are responsible for electric and internet.
Lawn care/snow removal included. No pets allowed.
No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
