3BR House, Quick bus and walk to campus

I have been living at 1426 Las Vegas Drive for four years now and have absolutely loved it. I just finished my PhD and started working at the unveristy. My other roommate is a Master's student in Stats. The house is a 4 minute walk to the Route 27... bus. It takes me in total 25 minutes from when I leave the house to get to my office building at the Biological Sciences building. The house comes with a nice big backyard and deck along with some garden beds I use to grow peppers and tomatoes in the summer. There is a finished basement that is roughly the same size as the upstairs, making it quite spacious. The upstairs living room/kitchen is fully furnished, but the downstairs space will be mostly empty and has lots of storage. The property managers for this property have been lovely (Rental homes of Ann arbor) and are always very quick and responsive if anything happens with the house. There are currently is two cats living here, but they will be moving out in July. I have an opening for one room beginning on August 1st.

If you are interested and want to know more, please reach out! I can do a video or in-person walk through to show the place.
