Beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom upstairs duplex unit in Ann Arbor's Water Hill neighborhood. Recent renovations include new flooring, paint, fully remodeled bathroom, kitchen, and the addition of... in-unit washer/dryer with storage/folding area.
The bedrooms are sizable with plenty of natural light, and the unit boasts a large living room. Small formal dining room space off of the kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove with vent hood, and garbage disposal).
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). Only dogs that are not prone to frequent barking are allowed.
There are two parking spaces provided in the back gravel driveway area. Lawn care and snow removal are included in rent. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Gas and electric are billed back to the tenants each month at 50% of the total bill. Water/sewer/trash/recycling is charged to the tenant ledger at a flat-rate $60 per tenant per quarter.
No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants). Security deposit is 1.5x the rent.
