Central one-bedroom apartment available May 5th-July 1; August 1-August 26

Cozy and spacious one-bedroom apartment available for subleasing, right in the center of campus! The location has been wonderful for me--it's literally in the middle of everything, and very importantly, the maintenance is very helpful and quick to... respond to any issues that arise. Included in the rent are gas, heat, and water; the electricity and the wifi are charged separately. I hope you like plants as well -- I have a nice little collection I hope to grow, and that brightens the space a lot! (Added tip: The apartment is right next to Maize and Blue Cupboard, which provides free food every workday of the week!)

Important note: the apartment does not have a laundry room in the building; the management gives us a key to access a separate building for laundry, a 10-min walk from William St.
