I lived here for a couple of years and it was an okay apartment for the price. It wasn’t the best-looking apartment, the cupboards were sticky because whatever paint they used on them never fully dried (yes, they were sticky even 2 years later), the air conditioning unit was super loud, the heat in the winter was always too hot, the carpet was rough looking even though they said it was new, and there were bugs (ants, spiders, beetles) everywhere all the time.
Even though my unit itself wasn’t... nice, the grounds were quite lovely. As a city girl, it was cool to see deer on the grounds and be just a few feet away from them.
But I give this apartment 5 stars solely because of the staff. The office staff and maintenance were always so kind and so friendly and so helpful and very professional. You can tell they all take pride in their work. The grounds were always well maintained (lawns mowed, leaves cleaned, snow plowed, trash removed, etc.).
I will always remember Country Meadows fondly because of the awesome staff.

The only reason you should ever consider living here is if you have no other options. Here's a sample of the issues I've had since living here:
-The power has rolled or straight up gone out over a dozen times this year (2021) alone. A portion of the buildings here are on a grid that seems to always be the first to go out due to inclement weather or equipment failures. Not necessarily the fault of the complex, but is beyond unacceptable regardless.
-The heat goes out several times a year. I'm... currently sitting in my apartment freezing while working from home. Heat has been off for several hours now.
-Cars get broken into or smashed. While I luckily haven't had my car personally broken into, I do have a nice shiny and new crater in the rear passenger side of my truck from the morons that drive through the complex.
-My kitchen has been flooded out twice due to poor plumbing. Woke up to a lake in my kitchen and when maintenance attempted to address the issue (the unit upstairs) they accidentally flooded me again, this time with brackish water.
Seriously, the only redeeming features of this place is a nice view for the 10-20 seconds you're driving along the entrance and the maintenance folk are actually nice people and tend to contact you/fix issues pretty quick.

We are renting this apartment now and have been since march of 2020. And so far our car has been broken into and we reported it to the leasing office. They have security that drives around and does absolutely nothing. When we walk out the apartment there is trash and empty liquor bottles everywhere also the neighbors are extremely loud. When you go into the office to discuss these issues everyone has a bad attitude. I would rather set my money on fire than to resign a lease to live here.

I've lived here since 2014. The conditions and management were horrible at first. Around 3 months ago, a new manager took over. Things are completely different. Work orders are taken care of extremely quickly (typically same day), the grounds are kept freshly manicured and the laundry rooms are clean and the machines are always working. The new manager brought a completely new office team and maintenance team. It seams to me that she is really big on customer service because EVERYONE is always... so nice and helpful. They even had a resident appreciation day this summer. Although I didn't win anything, they raffled off some great prizes including tablets, a tv, and a Keurig coffee machine (which I really wanted lol). I was thinking about moving, but with the changes I've seen in the past couple of months, I'll be staying put for a while!

I moved here a month ago and its been great so far. The new mngmnt company is awesome and the area is very clean and quiet. I like the move in special and low security deposits. The people at the front desk are very nice as well.
