Lease Takeover January-July 2026, Ann Arbor Woods

Hi there, I’ll be graduating and moving from Ann Arbor in December, so I’m looking for someone interested in taking over my lease from January 2026-July 2026 (move-in date is flexible). Rent is $760/mo + utilities.

The room is 9’x12’ and private in...
a 2b apartment, with a shared full bathroom. There is a full kitchen with all appliances, a large living and dining room, and lots of storage space. There is in-house laundry as well. Pets are welcome and parking is available (either first-come-first serve or you can reserve a space for a monthly fee).

The apartment is off-campus in Southeast Ann Arbor, right next to Trader Joe’s and three different bus routes going into town. Buses come frequently and it takes typically 5-10 minutes to get to campus. It’s a quiet neighborhood with hiking trails right next door, neighbors and the property staff are friendly and easy to work with. If you’re interested in leasing for longer, a lease renewal is possible after July 2026.
