Quiet, nonsmoking 2BR Central Campus

Clean, quiet nonsmoking apartment on 2nd floor of six-unit building, built and managed by local family. Building is on the corner of Hill and Brown streets. This apartment is on the northeast corner and gets lots of sunshine from south, north and... east windows. Entrance and parking lot are off of Brown, a small side street. Building and grounds are totally non-smoking. We have a website that you can find at www.brownhillapts.com. Rent includes water, and an assigned parking spot in the lot just outside front door. DTE bill (gas and electric both come from DTE) and wifi are not included. Central AC and gas heat. Interior mailboxes, secure physical entry lock with patented keys that cannot be copied. Bedrooms are the same size. There is a laundry room in the building for tenants. Tenants are quiet grad students and professionals. The apartment is an easy walk to campus or downtown, on the city bus line, and two blocks from the closest UM shuttle stop. We do not allow pets. We use the U of M Off-campus Housing Office lease and ask for one month's security deposit with a good reference. No application fee. Apartment is available in August 2026, with a lease ending July 31, 2027. Price is for the entire apartment, not a single bedroom.
