Barbershop, at the bustling corner of State and Hill Streets - 50 feet from campus. Centrally located, you're a few minutes' walk to the IM Building, UM Bus Stops, or the bars & restaurants of South University and State Street. On Game Day, you're a 5 - 10 minute walk to the Big House, Yost, and Crisler Arenas. Close proximity means more time sleeping in, the ability to catch a nap or make lunch between classes, and less time walking through Michigan winters!

This is a lease for one individual room in a friendly, ten bedroom rooming house. This listing is for Room #6, our largest room and the only one with a private sink in it (it also has a small balcony deck overlooking State Street.) We have smaller, less expensive rooms as well (see other listings). The lease includes your personal room (with a deadbolt door), and access to a communal bathroom, kitchen, and laundry unit. The bathrooms lock for privacy, and are individual use. We have a cleaner come regularly to clean the communal areas and restock paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The businesses on the first floor are open until 10pm, and the block itself is highly trafficked, visible, and safe. Exterior doors automatically lock, and rooms begin on the second floor (no windows are at street level).
