Hi everyone! I’m looking to reassign my lease at The Courtyards for the 2025-2026 school year. It’s a 3B3B unit and I’m subleasing one bedroom with a private bathroom (so yes, your own bathroom!).

10-min walk to the North Campus library
Right across from Bursley Hall
Next door to NCRB (North Campus Rec Building)
Easy access to Blue Bus stops for getting to Central Campus
Parking is not included in my lease, but you can purchase a garage or outdoor spot through the office (around $100/month). I had a garage spot this year and it was super convenient and safe!

Very responsive – most requests get handled the next morning if submitted the night before!

13-min bus ride to Kroger & other shops/restaurants (McDonald’s, Moge Tee, Domino’s, etc.)
