Great Apartment. Kind Staff and Efficient Transportation to UM campus. Very Frequent Community Events. Gym and Pool are Very Nice. Highly Recommend.

No complaints. Price is reasonable, they have events often, and having the north shuttle is great. I have had stuff stop working, but they have a maintenance team for it.

The electricity bill is my main concern. As long as that gets addressed, I will consider renewing. But I simply will not be able to afford such a high price for electricity and nor do I believe it is accurate considering how astronomically high it was. My parents' 2,000 sqft house with an electric car doesn't even spend that much electricity. There is something very wrong and sketchy about that bill and the excuses the office made are even more concerning.

Overall, my experience living in this apartment community has been mixed. The location is convenient, and the apartment itself is generally well maintained. Maintenance requests are usually addressed in a timely manner, and the staff is courteous when reachable. However, communication could be improved, particularly when it comes to important updates or concerns related to resident safety and building procedures. At times, it has been difficult to get clear or timely information, which can be... frustrating. I appreciate the efforts made to maintain the property, but greater transparency and responsiveness from management would significantly improve the resident experience. With stronger communication and consistency in addressing concerns, this community has the potential to be a much more positive place to live.

Nothing worth mentioning, which I think is a good thing. My neighbors seem nice enough, as is the staff. It's nice to see how often people are out using the basketball court and such.
