Concerns are not addressed in a professional manner. Denial and blame are the first thing the staff resorts to which is sad because I loved it when I first moved in then it went extremely downhill and keeps getting worse. Definitely a scam

Nice place, in unit washers and dryers are a life saver, and parking is very easy. The snack market being open 24/7 is very nice too, late night snacks are very easy and cheap

As I continuously lived until the 2nd semester, I felt disappointment how noise can be heard so easily from indoor to indoor(room to room, floor by floor, etc). I sometimes faced inconvenience with irregular schedule changes from shuttle; yet they update those and notice us. The staffs here were showing willingness to help us, which I still appreciate.
