Other than my ceiling leaking and my fire alarm battery beeping (both were resolved in a timely manner), the amenities were excellent and my stay was good.

I regret resigning my lease. Issues I wanted to be solved are still not solved. The electricity bill went up to $200 - $300 per person during the winter. Even when everyone in the house was gone and the only thing running was the heat. My parent's 2k sqft house with an electric car does not even use this much electricity. On top of that, any maintenance issue we have had either was delayed or never fixed. Roommate placement isn't good. If you want to switch rooms there's a $300 fee even in the same house. The carpet was completely stained all over the house and in the room I moved into. I reported it and nothing was done about it. Their parking used to be free and now it costs $75. Although I don't need to pay it since I resigned my lease. it was one of the main reasons I moved to this neighborhood; one of the only things it had going for it. With all the extra fees, higher rates, and now a parking fee, you might as well live downtown. This place is too far to be charging this much.

I just moved in and so far it has been good. I had a maintenance issue and within 15 minutes they came even while it was POURING rain to come fix it. I appreciate the sense of urgency. Beautiful space.
