Walk EVERYWHERE: 4 blocks to Main Street, and 10 minutes walk... to UM campus. The house has only 2 apartments (one upstairs and one downstairs) and is located on a RARE double lot in a truly wonderful location. The yard is a haven for those who love to garden vegetables/flowers or both! There is also fire pit and lots of outdoor space for barbeques. The neighborhood is quiet and easily walkable day or night. There is shared driveway parking with lower flat tenant and street parking with residential permit (obtainable with lease). The unit has a great layout with a kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal and room for a kitchen table, a spacious, sunny living room and bedroom. There is in-apartment storage (a closet, a pantry/linen closet, and plenty of cabinet space) with additional storage in the basement. Great custom features include ceramic tile kitchen backsplash, newer floors in the living room and bedroom. Free washer and dryer accessible to both tenants in the basement. Utilities are included in the price of rent. Apartment is available starting August 15th for a 1 year minimum lease (longer lease possible). Rent is $2450/mo.
