Unit in a house 3 minute walk from central

We live in one unit of a house off campus, but very close to central, specifically the CCTC.

It is a 3 bedroom (two of us share a room), 1 bathroom. We are currently looking for a female fourth roommate.

The house is so so cute, and we have a bay... window and built-in bookshelves in the living room, as well as a lot of storage space. There is laundry in the basement of the building.

About us: We are all female rising juniors who are involved in many clubs and academics, but we do love to spend time watching TV and chilling at home when we have time. We cook a lot, vacuum incessantly, and love some good decor to fill the bookshelves.

We also go out and have people over sometimes for small to medium-sized parties, but we always plan in advance and with everyone on board.

Financials: Rent is $990 per month + utilities, which vary depending on the season, but haven't been outrageous. This year, we also split communal groceries (pasta, eggs, milk, tortillas, etc), so we are happy to work as a household on these things.
